About Us

Building transparent trust is important, so for our part, we are showing all of our relationships that help oversee your interests and how we work to high standards.

Our business would not be as successful without the people who help and collaborate with use, below are some of the best in the field which we are grateful to know and work along side.

Our Company Aims

Our goal is to grow a sustainable business that offers affordable high quality properties to individuals and small families.

We aim to help the 'Just starting out' couple or the young aspiring family that 'Just need a larger affordable home' to get started with their lives, those looking for not too much commitment while they discover their lives and futures.

Offering a broad selection of properties that look to adapt the communities of old to suit the future that is coming fast.

New planning designs

The new planning permissions and permitted developments being issued to large developers often require quotas of social housing or 'Affordable Housing' mixed within the usual offerings of 3-6 bed dwellings with a mixture of terrace, semi-detached and detached houses.

There are so few apartments and 2 bedroom homes, the profits are just not there for the big developers.

This neighbourhood design is missing from our older neighbourhoods and because of this, our older streets need interventions from developers to support the more efficient and inclusive ideology, not segregating classes and people by wealth or opportunity.

Setting standards high for you

Our properties are not sub standard, we aim to give properties a modern feel with fresh looks and updated features, allowing our service users the home they deserve to find in the market.

We appreciate and know how challenging housing is and endeavour to show our homes as transparent proof of our efforts and goals for the future.

Our aim is to give every property a blank canvas for our service users to put their own touches on to make a home.

Housing Hope's dream

With a portfolio of properties throughout the UK, it is our hope that we can find strategic gems that serve a core aspiration of our business, which is to offer emergency housing to those our communities respect, veterans of our armed forces and vulnerable children who too often find themselves sleeping on the streets.

We are not political in our reasoning or criticism, it is a simple growing problem:

'No one should be sleeping on the streets, Housing Hope wants to help.'

Frequently asked questions

I can sell in 7 days for cash right now, why choose you?

These companies exist and are perfect for those needing the money fast, but consider that speed will cost you, take a look at this page for a quick view of how they will see your home:

You are just a landlord?

Yes and no, we are committed to building our family and your family a future and to do this, we have seen and feel your home is used against you when you go into care or your life becomes your families inheritance, by doing things differently we hope to do things better and set a new higher standard for selling a home and being a landlord but we also want to protect people from predatory business practices that want your home at your expense.

How much does it cost?

Every home is different, but we are buying the rights to use use your home that you don't need, so we will pay you for this, guaranteed.

I have a will, how does this affect it?

Having a will is an excellent choice, let no one convince you otherwise, this is used to express your wishes and intent while you are sound of mind and body to make decisions, this lets you decide how everything in your home is shared or inherited. Unless you have a single beneficiary, your home is an asset that will need to be divided by the number of inheritors you have, we simply offer you a guaranteed, fair buyer that will ensure the value you deserve for the effort you have poured your life's work into.

What if my family don't want to go with you?

All of our services are optional, we offer a buyout for the family so that if the situation changes, they can pay to release the home from the service, we are not here to trap you or your families future, we are here to help and we recognise that sometimes that means stepping out of the way so that families can make their own decisions.

I have never heard of a service like yours before, why?

Typically 90% of all homes are bought and sold through estate agents, 9% are sold through auction houses, we are the final 1% not heard of because we are not a big corporation or bank, we work with investors looking to make a profit ourselves through hard work and bringing people together, we are not a get rich quick scheme, speed is not what we offer and our service is not glamourous.

Surely if you work well, you would be bigger.

If you are moving home like 90% of house sales, odds are we are not right for you, but we wont say no to a conversation.

We work excellent if:

  • You are planning on going into rental

  • You have inherited a house you want to sell

  • You are a new couple and have decided to move in together and the spare home needs to be sold

  • You are a landlord who has a portfolio wishing to get your investment.

  • You have a new job abroad and need to move, your home in the UK is no longer needed but you are renting while you understand your area, look at school zones and feel secure in your job.

  • The home is 'uninhabitable', meaning the kitchen or bathrooms are not functioning at point of sale.

We may be able to help if:

  • Your home is at risk of repossession

My estate agent says the home should go to auction?

If your home is in such a condition that it is classified as 'Uninhabitable' then the kitchen or all the bathrooms are not working and your home is a fixer upper, for this reason, assuming you cannot or do not want to do the work yourself, most banks and mortgage companies wont give a mortgage to a buyer, you have to go through the investor route as these are the only people with the capital to repair and refurbish your property back into working order without approaching a bank.

Your home is typically not going to be served well at an auction, this is a dumping ground for estate agents that don't know how to access investors for you and the auction house has a number of challenges I go into further detail Here.
